anyone know why the red replacement handle for the t-loc systainers are $5 more ($22)  than all the other colored handles ($17). the red latches are the same as all the other colors. weird!

WOW probably raised the prices indirectly by buying so many for the 1st aid kit offering.

Ya. Like I said all latches are the same price. It's  the red handle that's a premium.

Hey, don't blame me! I only bought red latches, not handles. I figured the handles would be hidden in a stack anyway.

But yeah - that's a weird issue.

[eek]

No, the red t-loc handle is still $8.90 just like the rest of them.

TelcoRandy:

I think you're confusing the latches with the handles. The T-LOC latches are indeed $8.90 at LV, but AFAIK they don't sell the handles.

The red handles are in fact $5 more at Woodcraft:

I was all set to buy a bright red handle for my systainer first aid kit until ai saw the price!

Thankfully, Lee Valley started selling red latches!
I also got an auxiliary front handle and added a few strips of red electrical tape.  It's my only systainer with a front handle and super easy to pick out of the stack!

Watched your Vid today! Just a random YouTube suggestion when looking at some other Festool stuff.

Really makes good sense to have a kit in the gear you bring every day. [scratch chin] I have a big job First Aid box, for like ten people, if I'm running something. A band aid box ( crappy first aid kit ) somewhere in my stuff, and a emergency trauma bag in my truck. A First Aid Systainer that I always have at the bottom of my SysRoll is on my list for Monday.

Thanks.
