That's a lot of mortises!  You need 12 hands to handle that glue up.

Project is coming along nicely.  Curious - did you do one SVG along that entire rail with all the mortises for the Shaper?

Yeah man the mortises are a big pain. It is coming nicely but the glue up is going to be STRESSFUL.

I have a few ideas... but we're almost at that point!

Try hide glue. Longer working time and easy cleanup with water.

I've did all the math and cut the pockets for the bolts, and made a little tray for finishing the slats.

Oh also pre-glued all the dominos!

First dry fits... this thing is hard to dry fit... need a few more people to help me out!

My wife is 6 months pregnant so I really only ask for her help for things where she isn't lifting anything.
