I scratched my head at this one. Were all the good names taken?

My all-time favourite though, is Acurate Machining.

Dunno ..... looks like a decent name to me.
Well its at least its honest. Those that promise you best of best are (most likely) destined to fail. IMO

And in that spirit: Good is good enough.

If I were owner Decent...my company name would at least be:

"More Than Decent (fill-in-the-trade)".

"Good Enough" or "Decent" Bespoke Furniture, for example, doesn't instill much confidence in me if I'm a potential customer.

Here in the Boston area there has been a construction (demolition?) company called Edifice Wrecks. There seems to now be a band and a movie by that name but this company was around in the 1970s so it predates them.

I keep looking for a restaurant that offers Inauthentic Mexican food.

While driving around in Sonoma County, CA I passed a septic system pumping truck and the company name was "Yesterday's Meals". Apt and descriptive name , but a bit questionable in terms of uh, taste?

I hired a carpenter about 20 years ago, I was reluctant at first. His name was Dan Butcher. Kid you not. The Butcher had some tricks up his sleeve...

Obscure Mid ‘90s Chinese bicycle brake manufacturer:
Di Yung

Their print ad copy read something like
“Enjoy the ride, feel the freedom with Di Yung brakes”

The company name in the opening post reminded me of something my father told me about the time when he was a general contractor  in Canada in the 1970's.
There was this Greek painter, that he asked for an estimate to do a paintjob, and the guy asked if my father needed a "decent" or a "half-decent" job; in the "half-decent" option they would  paint over the light switches instead of masking them etc..

And that is why I do things myself.  My wife and I built our own house and I after having so many sub-contractors not follow up, I had some business cards printed.  The name of our "Company" was "The Little Red Hen Construction Company" and the statement on the card said "we do things right because we do it ourselves"
On another note, I remember an election sign in Pickaway Co Ohio I think in 2016.  The guy was running for Sheriff and his last name was Lawless.  So his sign said "Vote Lawless for Sheriff"
