One of the characteristics of this forum is that we read pros and cons of dealing with Festool, dealers, support staff, etc. The good and the bad is written here for the world to see.
Over the last month I have had the opportunity to request information numerous times from Festool UK thru their website and I have had my answers within hours on the same business day. Can't get much better than that unless you have your own forum. [thumbs up] [thumbs up]
To our UK members, don't be afraid to send an email - especially thru their website. You get a conformation of your email and people are there to answer / help out.
