RO90 Hard pad, no dust collection holes?

I was surprised the RO90 pad does not have any dust collection holes....why?

Seriously!    That doesn't sound right to me , but I don't have one.  What color is the top side? Blue or green?  If it is green then  it is the polishing pad, which would not have holes.

Like Seth said, you probably have wrong pad.  You want the one with the blue back.
RO90 hard sanding pad.

As stated, the only pad without holes is the polishing pad. All others have holes.
