RS2 sander compatibility with CT midi

I have an RS2 sander and would like to use it my CT midi however the dust port on the RS2 is oval shaped. Is there an adapter to make this work??

What are other RS2 owners doing to use their dust extractors?

All the old Festools had oval ports. Just keep pushing.

I just bought an RS2 and the 27mm hose on my CT26, which would be the same as the Midi, fits well. It's a little tight. Don't be afraid to push a little. It doesn't destroy the end of the hose.

  What they said. And the hose connector is flexible. It will become more flexible with use.

I never attempted to push then hose on simply assuming it wasn't made for it.
