Saw Shield -- New Finger-saving Technology for Table Saws and Band Saws

I’m very curious as to how they stop the blade without damaging it.  Could it be that the plate is pinched by the sacrificial mechanism avoiding the teeth?  If so I wonder then if the blade always spins within the device similar to a rotor between calipers.  Because if there is some kind of compression/impingement vs embedment I wonder how clogged/built up dust extraction might affect it.

Or maybe they just sell you a ‘Caypex’ motor (rim shot)Too soon?

Just look up the business and see the other businesses listed this person started this year and there websites.  The person behind it is either straight up snake oil salesman, or a master at launching many companies at once.  They don't show you anything because they don't have anything. I'm surprised they don't claim this will boost the energy of the saw while being all natural.

I'm sure they will take your money while they "continue to develop it"
