I may have become a bit obsessed about getting these right, but also making sure that if my partner "borrows" one of these from this box, that he knows the right place to put them back. I demand order!!! LOL

I ended up just printing scale photos of each, putting the model number on each, then die-cutting them from the print. I traced the "holes" left from the die cutting, as well as using them for spacing to make the holes, then inserted the cutout of each driver into each hole. There's a little room left over (in case you were wondering about the spacing on the right) for a Wera Star magnetizer/demagnetizer. I might be on an OCD spectrum, but it turned out almost exactly as I envisioned!

OCD or not, hard not to like it  [smile]

Interesting cutting method using the pictures.

Someone likes ORDER  [big grin]

I always tell my kids "A place everything and everything in its place".

I like that a lot. It definitely appeals to the OCD in me, even though I deny that it is a disorder.....lol

I am thinking a three drawer Sortainer would be good for that screwdriver set up.  [wink]

I was thinking I could do even better by using SYS-AZ drawers with no sustainers, and foam them up... Then I can make some small units that can be mounted to my homemade sysports or another work bench that currently has some metal toolboxes.

Yes, looks very nice. But euh... it also consumes a _LOT_ of space. And now you can't see the inscription on the bottom of the grip.

I have PB Swiss Tools screwdrivers, they have a way bigger colorcoding. So dumping all the screwdrivers in a giant pile isn't really a problem.

Now, sadly the Germans (ok, PB Swiss is not really from Germany but from Switzerland) didn't standardize the colorcoding, so while PB Swiss uses yellow for PH, Wera uses it for SL.  :-\

Love the Kaizen Foam Insert in the Systainer!

If anyone is interested we are an official supplier of Kaizen Inserts and have very large stock on Tanos Systainers!
