Senco compressor in a systainer

If you want the Senco compressor in systainer you also might want one of these?

In another post I mentioned that the original Schneider Sysmaster is the cheapest.
In Germany it only cost €284 excl. VAT. And it will be shipped to the UK.
While the Senco Sencomp cost €499 excl. VAT in Holland.
If you definitely want the Senco I can get it for you and send it over.
But I personally would choose the Schneider because it's 43% cheaper and they are all the same compressors.
A friend of mine has the Schneider and he loves it.
But it depends on the usage because of the capacity of 150 L/min and 8 bar pressure.

Dragging this thread back up as im thinking about buying a senco 1010 systanier set.

[member=8822]toolfest.co.uk[/member] do you still sell these?

Morning, yes we do, only 110v in stock at the moment. I'll ping Senco a message about stock and price on 240v and report back.

The 110v ones are £209 + VAT, free delivery.

Best regards

Warren

Thanks Warren,

Yes if you could keep me updated with lead times and cost of a 240v that would be great.

I might come and collect it as I have been wanting to pay your shop a visit for a while now.

Cheers,
Jimmy

Are you sitting down [member=26162]Jimmy FineCut[/member] ?

We can get the 240v versions in from Holland on a 10-14 day lead time. Cost will be £249.00 + VAT. They have gone up quite a bit from the last batch we ordered. Maybe shop around and see if any dealers have stock left at the old price? If not, then let me know and I'll happily get one for you.

Best regards

Hi Warren
Just the 1 I'd appreciate it if you could find out if they are available and let me know thanks
You know Warren does sell empty systainers ? I'm sure he'd be able to make you one up in the senco colours minus the senco logo it would be the same.

Yeah I know about the systainer configorator on his site, just wondered if he could get the senco branded one

Cheers Warren,

That is a bit more than I was expecting!

If I am down your way soon I will pop in and check out the 110v version out.

Sorry [member=2775]Warren[/member] what  is everyone talking about it is the sys compressor of the gun sys set

I might be interested if it's as good as the pc1010
I thought it was the pc1010 they're talking about. Then someone posted the senco that has the gauges on the outside of the systainer so maybe it's that one

As far as I can tell the specs for the Sencomp and the PC1010 differ.
Sencomp: 8 Bar, 150 l/min throughput (my term), 70 l/min capacity, 90 dB.
PC1010: 8.2 Bar, 4.2 liters tank, 34 l/min capacity (?).

Yea we are all taking about the senco 1010 in the systainer.

Not really keen on the one with the gauges as the dB rating is pretty high.

I know a lot of you guys are workshop based so please ignore me
Do any site guys use a compressor like this in place of the 2nd fix paslode?
If so what are the pros/cons?
For me the tick of an air gun over the blast of the Paslode is ever so seductive
I also have a few questions ....
Would the 1010 run a bigger framing gun too?
Does the length/bore/quality of the airline have an effect on the guns? ( I get the impact for spraying etc but not sure on the guns)
Also I believe the Paslode shoots a 15ga nail can anyone recommend a gun capable of the same? For 90% of what we do on site a 18ga would not give enough hold
Many thanks
Jamie
