You can identify the part numbers in Ekat.  Festoolusa.com/ekat

But right now, you still have to call Festool and place the order over the phone.

In the meantime, the phone is your only choice.

This is not something that's currently in production. It could happen, but it won't be in 2017.

Many dealers also carry or have access to spare parts.

In February, I was told that the Festool service people were unable to accept credit cards, or any other type of payments because of the newly implemented computer system.
Thus, after the Festool service personnel provided me with the spare part numbers I needed, I was then instructed to contact a dealer to order the spare parts that I needed.
I was specifically directed to contact FestoolNirvana.com because they "provide the best on-line ordering experience".

Just curious [member=57769]TylerC[/member] if the above is still the preferred method for ordering spare parts?

You are able to order spare parts using a credit card by calling our Inside Sales team at 1-888-337-8600.
