In February, I was told that the Festool service people were unable to accept credit cards, or any other type of payments because of the newly implemented computer system.
Thus, after the Festool service personnel provided me with the spare part numbers I needed, I was then instructed to contact a dealer to order the spare parts that I needed.
I was specifically directed to contact FestoolNirvana.com because they "provide the best on-line ordering experience".
Just curious [member=57769]TylerC[/member] if the above is still the preferred method for ordering spare parts?
