Squaring Parallel Guides

Ok so I've got my new Parallel Guides and wondered how you guys square to the Rail?  With the brass screw assembly in the way it seems pretty difficult to get the square up against the arm of the PG.  I must be missing something simple/obvious.

Suds, the guides aren't meant to be perfectly square to the guide rails. The brass screws are to remove slop in the guide to rail fit. The guides fit fairly square to the rail by themselves, perfect, no, but pretty darn close.

Ahhh. Iwas playing wth them this morning trying to figure how i'd ever get a square registered against the one arm!!  Thanks for the info.
