storing hand saws

hi there
i use hand saws on site ocasionally . usually when its not worth setting up a power saw. i usually have several in the van for different jobs (wood,plastic/pvc , pipes,slabs,insulation, laminate floor etc)
the cardboard cover works well until it falls a part.
does anyone make a plastic version  of the same thing.
i have a saw with a clamp on plastic protector but it is anoying to put on regularly any often pulls off

usually worth the time to make one out of 4mm ply. I keep japanese style saws in a roll, no blade cover but separate sleeves.

I like to remake my dog eared cardboard boxes in 4mm corrugated plastic core. The type used for temporary signs.
It's lighter than plywood and lasts longer than cardboard.
I'm thinking I should make some in a nice Festool green.

I got a saw cover from dewalt with a bag a couple of years back. The saw scabbord is really good and I sometimes put two saws into it. One a good one and then one rough one for plasterboard and plastics etc. Dont know if you can buy them seperate to a bag but they are well worth the money. saw stays sharp much much longer as the teeth are not in contact with surfaces to dull them.

thats what im after. just the saw part. i have a dewalt tote  that i got free with some boots. there are straps on it for levels but i put my saw there. the cardboard is only a tempory thing .

anybody know where to get something like this seperatly

I've got this Stanley with interchangeable blade , you get a good scabbard with it and it's probably the best saw I've ever had.

Hard to find a decent picture but you can just see it in the top photo.

u get a clip-on guard with every new blade.. it works for me.. i just hang it up in my van..
