Please accept my apology if this question was posted before.

Was wondering if the domino machine can cut multiple 20MM mortices to create one super wide mortice 50+ mm is width? ( yes I know I have to create my own specialized dominos )

Like Tom said, it's easy. You can overlap cuts with very good alignment. You do have to calculate the space between the 2 (or 3 or whatever) cuts and lay out centers so your total mortise length is consistent. Do the math, but then do a couple test pieces before you cut your actual workpieces.

I forgot to bring a router to a job. Had to plow a groove in the bottom of a 36” wide door, grabbed the Domino, made the plunge, just walked along the door. Was a little noisy, other than that it work really well.

I not to long ago made a crib. It had slats on the sides and a wood frame with slats. I used my DF700 locating pins and a wood jig to locate the pins:

Here is a very simple jig to make precise wide mortises with a Domino 500 ..

Making a 10mm wide mortise. Set the one jig on the left end of the mortise and mark the centre line for the Domino ...

Now mark the right end ...

Anything uncut in the middle is simple freehanded.

Early version of the jig making loose tenon joints for a bed ...
