Surfix Nozzle

Hi all,

I'm new here so I hope I'm posting in the right area  :-\

A while ago I bought the Surfix kit, and have been more than happy with it.

My issue arises from being a complete dork and forgetting to put the little cap on after use. A couple of weeks later I went to use it and of course it had clogged, and being heavy handed I simply squeezed it rather than cleaning properly. Well the whole end popped off (the little white retainer and the diaphragm/valve) and try as I might I can't press it together again.

Is there a technique to this, or will I have to get hold of a new nozzle? This leaves me unable to use the whole system as this nozzle is basically at the heart of it all  :-\

Thanks in advance for any advice, John.

Firstly Welcomne

John each nozzle is specific to the Bottle.  It way be a case of throwing that bottle of oil out and just start using a new one.  The applicator just holds the bottle and sponge, those pieces are replaceable.
I assume you are referring to the White nozzle on the bottle.

Hi Mike, thanks for your reply, but as it happens my flat mate (who doesn't have big, fat Gorilla hands like me) fixed it after I explained to him my problem.... Typical  [wink]
Are you saying that each oil has a different nozzle specific to the type of oil?

John.
