Sys 50 - Saw overloaded error

Hi,

I regularly have an "Saw ovreloaded. Restart saw blade" error, some time just moving the carriage at the level of the saw triggers it, I have to rotate the blade by hand to be able to start it again and somme time I have to try several time, alternatively moving the balde in each direction.
That's quite annoying.

Hello, FOG Friends. I don't visit or post nearly as much as I once did but I still believe this is forum is a great resource.

I had a customer reach out today who had purchased a CSC SYS 50. When he received it, he began the initial setup and ran into an error during the calibration phase. After multiple attempts, he reached out to Festool service and they told him he would need to send it in for service, which obviously was not ideal. RazorRack has solid advice on opening up the bottom of the saw and doing a thorough cleaning.

For the firmware I have the last version.
I will clean the bottom, but I I have always had the problme nearly from day one.
