Sys-port build with Sys3 Rails and Sys-AZ drawers

I am getting ready to build a sys-port and just wondering is the dimensions used for the Sys-AZ will work for Sys3 Rails? If I build the Sys-Port and have the Euro holes can I mix and match Sys-AZ drawers and Sys3 Rails?

While Festool provides a pdf of Sys-Port for the Sys-AZ Drawers I can’t find a similar doc for the Sys3 Rails.

SYS-AZ drawers need a 427mm wide cabinet
Sys3 rails need a 418mm wide cabinet

If you want to mix and match the Festool drawers then you need to shim the rails.

Bott do Vario3 drawers for both medium and large systainers to go in a 418mm or 530mm wide cabinet respectively

I have a cabinet I built for sys-AZ, and added a sys3 container and rail to it a few months ago. As mentioned, I just shimmed the rails to the needed  width (2 pieces of 1/4 inch ply, as I recall).

Fairly easy if you're building new and planning for it. Doing it as a retro-fit was slightly awkward, but not too bad.
