Thickest foam out there

I have a wicked edge knife sharpener that I want to put into Systainer 3. I want to put foam all the way up to the top plus the lid. The thickest I have found is the the 50 mm. Does anyone make anything bigger than that?  Thanks

One option is that you can use Kaizen foam and laminate sheets together.

This foam is store pickup only, but if you can get someone to mail it to you, it may handle your requirement.

tanos makes the foam perforated one, you could layer these it fit a syst-3 I think

Pelican makes pick and pluck foam insert that fill up their cases. The large cases have very large interiors, so the foam inserts are also very large. The foam won't be contoured for the systainers though, and it's not inexpensive.

In Houston, they have a place called "the foam store", should be similar stores in most of the major cities.  I know someone who makes/made telescope transport cases, he bought foam in size of 2' x 4' and up.  I intend to purchase some of the thicker black foam in the near future for outfitting some systainers.  Photo attached just to illustrate you can get foam in various sizes and thicknesses, and those shown are not the largest available.  Way cheaper than Kaizen foam.....  Suggest you google and see if you have a similar source near you, or someone that will ship to your location....
