things are stacking up

At one time I had a bunch.  Then my wife got tired of seeing them.  I had to send them away.  [big grin]

six meters Festool ... [scared]
this is a serious bid to win!  [big grin]

Maybe I'm a chance in the "home hobbyist" category  [cool]

Hey honeydokreg,

I'm assuming you've ported a fair bit of non-Festool gear into your systainers ... how have you gone with secure fitting? I tried with a couple of items using the foam inserts in the original systainers and found it really annoying and fiddly (as a result I've got lots of tools in milk crates).
C

I don't use anything. I just put it in. For example I have one full of clamps. Another with 4 Bosch colts just thrown in. Another with Kreg jig stuff.  Etc. I use the doctor bag from Occidential for most of my hand tools etc.

I know its not that impressive, but I've only been buying festools for just about a year so I still got plenty of catching up to do.

Alright, you want a ' contest?  [big grin]

I converted all my "blow molded case" tools to T-Locs. Still eying my 3 roll around tool boxes and wondering if I should go further....

I spy a METRO rack...Are or were you in the restaurant business....They are the industry standard.

I run a Panera Bread to pay for my kool aid addiction  [big grin]

I had an original sys3 containing an ETS150/5 and an original sys1 containing accessories for the CT-Mini - this was up until October (4 months ago) - then things got crazy ...

I'm now up to 35 Systainers ... added 4 more since my last post in this same thread - 6.84 metres (22 feet 5 inches) ... and they call it a hobby.

... there's about another 15 feet of Festool on the short list too  [embarassed]

I see in Mikes stack the same label is coming off the Domino systainer, just like mine.  [scared] and they spend all there time in the garage.

Nothing window film tape won't solve.

Ed,

Lucky for you they're not classics when you need access to one of them.

You must have the extra tall Sprinter.

Just started, but off to a flying start

Adare88,

Didn't you read the rules?!  The "T" locks have to be pointing to the right when you stack them or they don't count.....  Oh so sad...  the OCD rule book did not get to you?

Nice stack!

Cheers,
Steve

This thread struck me as kinda funny. Reminded me how all of the skyscraper architects are constantly trying to go just a few feet higher than the last guy.
One of us has the Burj Dubai of systainers, and someone else just set a systainer mini on top of theirs making it a fraction taller to claim the new record!!!

I'd love to stack all of mine on top of each other ( about 30 now) and wheel it around on something other than my systainer cart which holds about 6 or 8 before squeeking. Maybe something with industrial 12" diameter wheels!!!  How practical.

Cheers

I'm at 42 Systainers and counting, 23' high!

Sorry, I have that same dream now and then. I'm really at 4, about the same height as a bar stool. I have a long way to go to catch up. Why does Festool have to be as good!

It'll happen before you know it. I'm at 45 and I only had a few this time last year. Plus there's been lots of non-systainerable (yes Mr Webster, anther new word for you) items too.
