Transparent Festool Systainers

i think they are great while they are new, but i reckon once they have bounced about in my trailer for a year or two, they will get scratched and worn.

count me out, but they still look cool!

Can't go for those. I like the fact the people do know what's in my systainers. Often times people are surprised they are tool boxes. Helps lower theft.

Marcus is your post missing a "not" [big grin]

I solved the peeling labels problem with these.

Thanks to Peter for the idea on weatherproof labels, and the initial 'piggy' labels.  But I wanted a larger label with a bigger picture and my name as the owner, serial number, etc.
A few of my homemade labels can be seen here.

I haven't had a single one peel, even a bit, since applying them a few months ago.  In fact, I redesigned a few and had a very hard time intentionally removing a label.
I plan to replace the remaining stock labels as they remove themselves... e.g. the OF1400 in the third picture and the RO125 label in the fourth picture...

Regarding this thread... I wouldn't want a clear Systainer.  Part of the benefit of the these as storage is "hiding the mess" inside, and the clean look when docked / stacked.

I am all in favor of transparent clothes.  That way we could see what is in our pockets with out having to rifle around looking for stuff.

Clearly you have nothing to hide, my friend  [eek]

Hi Guys,

I also think the transparent systainer looks great but!
Tanos did make them in the past but stopped because they are too fragile.
You can not make them like the original in ABS.
Sorry for the one who like to get one  [crying]
