I have an obvious problem with my miter fence that festool is responsible to fix or make good on. I have been trying for months to get this fixed. I have emailed festool and they have not replied to my message. My retailer has exchanged dozens of emails with me, to no avail. They asked for more photos, i sent more photos. Etc! I need an actual email for someone who i can contact. I am hugely disappointed with the customer service I have received so far. I don't know what else to do.
