TS 55 Cam Adjustments

I have the TS 55 set with a 55" Track I have been using.  I got a 75" track and the movement is a little tighter.  I decided to loosen and redo the cams.  Both have no movement and it slides better on the 75" now.  I am wondering if re-adjusting the cams change the alignment with the splinter guard?

Only if you loosen too much, then the saw can cut farther away from the rail.

Rails vary a little in width of guide spine so going to a different rail might make the saw harder or easier to push. In either case I adjust the guide cams so the saw just doesn’t wiggle.
