i think it fits if you look at the picture. hilti dont seem to realise the rail part of the saw is such a great feature

Looking at the Online Hilti manuals, they all fit on guide rails. The only one that isn't clear is the 85 as the manual looks years old.

John..

In fact, the Bosch GKT 55 is a version of the Mafell MT 55, the Bosch is build by Mafell. To justify the price they removed many features the MT 55 has from the Bosch GKT 55.
- to open the blade cover the Mafell has a lever, the Bosch has 4 screws
- Mafell when the blade cover is opened, the blade is locked, Bosch has a additional lever for this (in fact, the same lever that at the Maffel opens the blade cover and locks the blade at the Bosch locks the blade only, to open the cover there are four screws to be removed)
- the scale for the cutting depth is adjustable for the Mafell, so it's possible to zero the scale in case the blade has been sharpened - removed for the Bosch
- Mafell has a single clamp for angle adjustment, Bosch has two srews
- Mafell has a "Vorritzfunktion" (don't know how to translate this), a special depth setting for coated bords (so that the coating is not damaged along the cut)
- Mafell has position indicators (begin and end of the saw blade), adjustable to cutting depth - not at the Bosch
