TS saw and rail for vertical window retrofits?

My Festool diamond blade can in the mail yesterday.
What speed should one cut Hardie board at?

I was surprised when on hold with Festool earlier in the week, that the recorded sound track was talking about using a TS55 with a cement blade for cutting concrete.

And what speed should one cut concrete at?

The ts55, ts55req and the ts75 manuals all say speed range 1-3 for cement board.

Thanks!
I am not using them with a TS55 specifically, but it is the Festool blade.  [unsure]
The speed range of the TS-55 looks like 2000-5200 RPM. Do the numbers go 1-5? , (3~=3600 if it goes 1-5)?

As am aside... I used a single Hitachi jig saw blade ("JA10") to cut through 7.5-mm Duraflex cement board today so the Mrs can have a base inside of some old tires so the dirt doesn't fall out... for planting flowers in.

It was a bit of a Mongrel of task, but the sawing part was straight forward.
There were 6 tires, so ~8-9 Meters of cutting. and the blades seems fine.
