Hello everyone,

Yesterday, I checked the squareness of my TS55 blade and it was 0,5 degrees off. I checked around and called Festool and they are telling me that I need to send it to them for calibration. Anyone has done it and can tell me how much they charged to do it?

Thank you

[member=39736]Francis_Beland[/member] You can adjust the squareness yourself if you like using the set screw at the front:https://www.festoolownersgroup.com/festool-how-to/ts-55-req-setting-blade-angle-squareness

It helps to have a digital angle gauge that you can fix to the blade with the cover off, though you can certainly get it plumb without it using a square to check the cut.

Sounds like yer talking about the toe in.

Yer owners manual should tell you how to adj the toe in.

Theres lots of info here on adj the toe in and you tube.

Thank you for the reply but the first question the service center person asked me is if I had a lever at the front for the -1 degree. I don't have that. I don't have the front set screw as it's an old model.
