Hi, I'm Nick.  I own a small, but growing, metal and wood working business, Station 10 Studios.  In August 2015 I purchased the TS75, The Domino XL, and the Rotex150, and the CT36.  By and large I've been satisfied with my Festool investment. The dust collection, the domino joiner, and the RO150 have been GREAT!  The TS75 I've had issues with from the beginning.  The biggest issue I had with it is that I attempted to use the 75" track to bevel an edge. I had successfully beveled an edge with my 42" track, but when I used the 75" track, after adjusting the saw for "play", and trimming the clear rubber splinter trip, to cut a bevel it cut directly into the aluminum.  Has there been issues with tracks in the past or am I just a luck anomaly?  It's just weird to me that my 42" track would be fine but not my 75".  Can anyone offer assistance? Thanks!

Nick, call Festool and talk with the service department. They can sort this out pretty quick. The phone number is on the tool.

The saw's cut line should be the same regardless of the bevel angle. Something's not right...

Maybe we can point you in the right direction if you can share a photo or two.

As said ... This is abnormal for sure. I'm curious about how much "adjusting" you needed to do. Also, was the saw running flat on the track? At 450 you could get this problem if something got under the saw and caused it to lift.
