Hey just want to see if I am headed in for a service request. I own the TS75 for about 10 months and the TS55 for 5 months. Both saws have an oil leak coming from the vents next to the handle. About 4-5 drops of oil comes out. I wipe it down and 30 minutes later the vents have oil on them. Both saws are almost unused with less than 20 cuts on them. The TS75 is mounted in a CMS. Any ideas if this is normal?

Could be over packed grease. I had similar thing happen on my HK. I let the saw run for several minutes and got the motor warm and wiped the excess from the vents a few times. It took a few different wipes to get it cleaned. Have not had any issues since. My guess is that you make cuts and the motor warms up but you are not using it enough to get all the grease out.

Neither of mine do that.  Contact Festool service.  They're both still under full warranty.

Dont have it on either mty 55 Eq or 75. I do have some on my apex and its been doing it for a couple of years though I havnt bothered wiping the grease off as its not enough to s=worry about and its working fine

Again, if they have little use on them it is likely just over-packed grease from assembly. Try running the saw continuously for a little while to heat the motor and wipe off the excess. You might have to do this a few times. If it is a leaky seal then Service should be able to fix it without issue - you have the warranty still I believe, based on your earlier post.
