uses for systainers

I think the question nobody is really asking is where the heck did you get that small Festool level?!  I've got the 48", but would drop some coin on that smaller one.

Very nice work!

[smile] i found it in the mail box! it's the 350mm version, TTS Belgium sent it to me after i wrote a tool review on the Belgian Festool website. They wanted to get more reviews up i guess. Thats also how i got the syslite in another contest. I don't think i would have bought those items otherwise, but i am very happy with them nonetheless!

Just received a parcel from Rutlands yesterday and I just had to put it into a Systainer

I've been dreaming about the Work Sharp 3000 for a while so when I noticed that Rutlands had a "save 100 Bazongas deal" I just couldn't resist it anymore!

Inspired by a link in another thread here in the misty FOG I made a jig this evening.

I know...it's not a beauty  [embarassed] and so far i'm still using the boxes the parts came in. I'll do some further development when I've had a cold beer and a good nights sleep.  [big grin]

Here it is.

And the jig I made so I can use my Veritas honing guide.

My plan is that I'll try to make some disks from MDF instead of the glass ones from Work sharp. Then I'll glue som fine grid sandpaper on the disks and use them with the Veritas guide. I find the Work Sharp abrasives to be quite expensive...and I'm a cheap bastard!  [big grin]

Kind regards
Henrik

Sand it, fill it, spray it ... it'll look like a factory accessory ! (just not green - that'd be wrong)  [big grin]
