Warranty on demo tools

I have a local dealer that has some Festools in systainer cases that have "demo" written on them, is their any factory warranty on them. I spoke with another dealer and he said that demo tool sold by a dealer would be without a warranty ( not to be confused with the recon sales that Festool does every year or so).

David, unless the policy has changed, what you were told is correct. There is no warranty on demo tools.
