water based finishes for a vanity

Clients are looking for water based - low/no VOC finishes. Are there any General Finishes/Target coatings that would offer a nice finish with a little water resistance?

hows the Kem Aqua do with a little water exposure?

Any sealer coat or just straight Kem Aqua. Last time a looked into this product I noticed they have a sealer component also?

The sealer is a base coat, not a top coat. The sealer cannot be used under Kem Aqua +.

Water has no affect on the cured product.

I'm currently working on a bathroom where I'm using General Finishes Too Coat WB poly - https://generalfinishes.com/retail-products/water-base-top-coats-sanding-sealers/high-performance-polyurethane-topcoat#.VVrOuYZOKJI.  I selected it because some local guys swear by it.  I sprayed 5 coats over GF's black stain and love the finish.  Guess I'll have to wait and see if it lasts but all accounts say it will do well.
