What about Bob!!

I need to do a follow up on previous post. Woke up after a long night at work to go play with my new delivery only to find out no abrasive pack in sander t lok.  Not only no sample pack but the ones i did order were for 5" sanders. Still no big deal because I knew Bob would make it good. Sorry Bob not trying to make you look bad!  Well after appologizing and saying he felt really bad and was embarrassed he made a mistake, he told me he had already taken care of it and was on its way to me!
Now to me that is what customer service is all about. You stepped up and did what you do best, Excellent customer service.
Thanks again Bob and I guess you're only human!
