You have come a little ways there Kreg. ;)

Good job on both counts!  I don't think I could have made the first cabinet at 13...

Nice! I'll bet that is very efficient for her. Was it her design or yours?

Also, are those bottoms a different color than the tops, or is that just the photo?

It was there design and was designed to be storage and the arch on the left is sorta like the Builtins in there living room. So I built it there way !  Paint is all same color. Just picture

Thank you

Here is a before and after. The before was a drywall built in that came when they bought house. When I went to bid job he works at coca cola  and so did the lady who I did the project for that was in the march issue of HGTV. Mag. So it was a done deal !

After I ripped out the built in I built the new one my design. Then did crown in rooms and redid bar front with bead board and bead board around walls also ! And redid some stupid window trim also

And check out my drum sticks !!!!  Picture of a gig I played last Sunday for 3 1/2 hours.  Work all day rock and roll all night !!!
Drumming in a band which has taken up my fog free time !!  But I still keep up with you all

So keep posting your pictures here. !!!

Kreg.

Just asking what camera do you use for taking pictures?!? Because yours are always tiny!

They are size of a thumbnail.  Funny when they are a thumbnail and you click on it to find out the picture only expands by 0.05mm all round

My I phone 5s. But when I upload them I choose small. Next time I'll choose large and see how that works

Here's a hope chest I just finished.  Cherry with figured cherry veneer on the panels.  Cedar lined.  Only 106 dominos

Wow Len!!!! What a great job. It's not a hope chest!!  It's a success chest !!!
Thanks for sharing

Len, I hope my wife doesn't see that or else it will be added to the honey-do list

Good evening friends.
My effort to cope with the chaos begins with the construction of work table. I use rest of material. Three different types of runner systems make me a little problem, but  work is going on. On Friday I want to be everything done. I expect a special gift.
I wish everyone a nice week.

...few pictures...

Clients own design but it ended up looking ok... [tongue]
Small guest bedroom and client has lots of books to store and needed somewhere for PC.
She didn't want the units to wide as bedroom is quite small but has this L shaped recess.
She also didn't want backs on the unit and wanted to see feature wall behind.
Heh..I just do what I'm told!!
We added some shelves behind the door from the off cuts as she thought there still wasn't enough book storage.
Room was small but so was staircase, so we dry fitted everything in the workshop and then flat packed it and built it in situ.
God bless the domino and ts55 on a job like this.
Paint is water based acrylic white satin and we buy the boards primed and under coated which is superb.
Best regards
Scott
