Tried to diet but its not working for me atm, starting on the 8th I have a medically supervised weight loss program I am starting at UCI. I did it before, 8 yrs ago, works like a champ. I have my blood work and some other testing this morning...required for this program. Switching my primary doctor also, getting a 2nd opinion on my feet issues. I use to just run to manage my weight, but with my feet issues that has been impossible for the last 13 months.

Gerald_D said:Well, one month in and I'm down 10 lbs toward my 40 lb goal. A good start for me- main change to this point was cutting out the unhealthy snacks and portion control on the meals. Will have to get more aggressive on the exercise as time goes on. I used my Planex for the first time yesterday- using it on ceilings is a good workout so that may help! [big grin]
