Where has Festool been lately?

I dont know if this is the right folder or not. But I thought its the one that applies.

So where has festool been? I dont see them participating in this forum anymore. We had Shane who did a awesome job but he moved on, then Brent, who is doing something else now, Phil who disappeared and I think has another position with in the company.

I just noticed the Ask Festool folder has disappeared as well.

I dont see anyone from Festool participating anymore. I dont see a lot of the dealers participating much either.

Just curious as to whats going on thats all.

It seems this gives them a little plausible deniability for not hearing criticism.

No matter what it reads as a down-grade to their customer service. The fellow that had the misaligned DominoXL would have been contacted by Festool in the good ole days.

Hmmmm, double check it is still there.  Unless something is causing it not to show for you.

I found it I have to click the unread button to see it. For some reason its not showing up when I hit the home button. I have hit the unread drop down buttons

Festool USA is still here. (This is my fifth comment in the last day and a half.  [smile]) The FOG and Festool have both changed a lot over the years. We communicate with Festool users in a variety of places online, and the FOG remains a special community for us. Our participation has evolved, but we'll continue to be engaged here.

It will open next month for dealer trainings. I don't have any updates on end-user training. However, our trainers have been working on something cool that I'll be able to share pretty soon.
