Guess who's made it to the final :)

Yes yours truly lol

I entered on Sunday and I've made it to the final 10. I just need people to vote now. I think it's only uk residents who can vote . By voting you can win a sysrock too :).

Just found  out it's a daily vote so you can vote again each day if you could it'd be great.

Vote for Chris to win The Sound of SYSROCK #Festuneshttp://www.festool-sysrock.co.uk/?m=28

Cheers

Chris

I have looked at each of the 10 entries and everyone has really entered into the spirit of things. There are several talented musicians and at least one decent singer.

I suspect that Amy needs to watch my tool sharpening video as she seems not to have injured herself with that chisel. There is some nice guitar playing from Phillip and Greg - Barbara love it too, some interesting van driving and a very odd looking Easy Rider - judging by Chris's face there may have been a bit of vibration from that oversized tool of his !

Peter

I was looking at the videos last week, and I'm surprised that a few of them didn't get through!?

There was a girl who sang way better than most of the entries, there was a guy who made a GIANT Sysrock, and there was a guy who had his T18 doing the camera work  [eek] that was Boss!

Well done to Joiner! That video had me proper giggling.  And 'eye for the timber' is a good video, though obviously done by an experienced 3rd party.

Best of luck to all in involved,  I just hope the winner doesn't sell all the tools they get!!!

I like the video of Chris riding the Carvex, looks funny and is in the spirit of this Festool competition.  [thumbs up]

As for singing I think Alex Jones does it best, nice sounding voice though he shouldn't make such a clown out of himself dressing like that. With a bit more technical training he might be a pretty decent singer. And of course his first name does have a certain ring of star quality to it.  [tongue]

Cheers if you get a chance you can vote again everyday :) until it ends 8th March don't worry if you can't but great if you can please.

I need all the help I can get , well that's what my wife says anyway lol

Hi Alex

I like the Carvex one as well and, although not a voting FOG person, my wife loved it too. It is a clever use of blue/green screen filming and then layering the Carvex and the moving background to produce the finished effect.

I did mention to Chris that it clearly should have been a PSC 420 otherwise the Plug-It would have needed to be quite long...  [wink]

The decorating community and their suppliers are really getting behind one of the entries on Facebook and Twitter, but it would be great to see someone active on the FOG as a winner.

I've voted for Chris personally for much the same reason as Alex notes in stating his support, but there are other FOG members in there too. Let's bring it home for one of them!

I am with Garry on this one but do not do Facebook or Twitter.

Good luck to the guy on the jigsaw - gosh he must have a sore bottom by now !
