alright... Who pulled the trigger?  Last day for preorders is/was today.

If you did I've got a nice plot of land on the moon for sale [wink] [big grin]

I just couldn't do it.  I have quite a few Woodpeckers tools and have teased Kathy at tool shows I single handily gave put a couple of their kids through college.  This one time tool was just too pricey

Think I'll stick with a pencil on long runs.

Placed an order for the DF500 Offset Base with no case; the Offset Base Expander Spacer Set; and the Table Apron Spacers.  Hopefully this will provide a greater piece of mind on most work.  I've ruined to much stock due to the Domino's slipping fence.  Note:  my Domino was one that was originally released.

I would like to know who ordered as well. I didn't.

I'm sure we won't find out, but it would be fun to know if this was even a moderate success for them or turned out to be 'one of those things that seemed like a good idea at the time'?

I ordered the set.  Figure if they say it will be ready in February, it will ship in June or so.  I'll try to have a project around then that will give it a work-out.  I'm mainly interested in using it as a platform for making jigs.

I ordered the set with case. My situation is unique. I use a wheelchair and can't lean over the Domino to closely guide it when plunging. So, I'm expecting that Woodpecker's accessory base increases the accuracy of my Domino use.

If it doesn't, then c'est la vie!

Ever since the Domino 500 was released in the USA I have owned and used those. My fist one has the pins. The others have the paddles. These have served me well and made me a lot of money.

Along the way I have purchased many third-party accessories.

I have pre-ordered one complete set of the Woodpeckers offset base system in the case. There are tasks we do that are best served by having more than one Domino set up at the same time for different functions.

I ordered just the base without the case/extensions.
Also ordered the XL700 spacers and table apron spacers.

I already have a story stick pro which is the same extrusion as the extensions and several flip stops so I did not see any reason to order the extensions.

I ordered the set. I believe that my use will mostly be with shorter outriggers attached. I probably don't have a use for Dominoing out to 54". I believe it will be useful and certainly accurate for the shorter work. Although I gave it a lot of thought, I don't know for sure just how useful.
