Here is an ongoing work in progress. I needed a place to store my various drill / drivers / impacts, and thought it would be a good first project using only my Festool equipment, and convince myself I was of right mind to buy the Domino 500. I guess I convinced myself, I went and bought the Domino XL afterwards. [eek]
Anyway, as mentioned, work in progress. I still need to add a sloped shelf at the top to rest the chargers on, and hide the cords underneath. Wasn't sure I liked the design, thought I would hang it up for a week, decide if I wanted to keep it or do a redesign. So, still needs the shelf (with hinges), and obviously needs a finish applied. Probably Watco natural. Once oiled and waxed, walnut usually pops quite nicely. Middle shelf for drill bits, Forstner bit sets, spare batteries, etc...
I used the MFT, TS 55 REQ, Domino 500, Rotex 90 and ETS125. Oh, and the CT-26. Enjoyed using each tool. Big change from using a cabinet saw, etc...
Yeah, those are a bunch of DeWalts hanging there. Haven't been able to make that quantum leap to the Festool drills yet. ;D
