that saw looks like adewalt 718
i have that saw. the dc is pathetic,maybe 1%if your lucky.
the part below where the sliding rails are is too wide adn all te dust hits it and bounces back.
it is a the bain of my life that saw
if i could sell it for any decent amount i would but i cant .
even tody i was trying out a few ideas. i have a big box behind the saw anyway so i put a 6" dc hose to the bottom of the box.
no good the dust cant get to it with all that metal in the way
i tried a flat piece above the hole to spread out the sucktion, no good . it was too far away
i also put hardboard piece on the fence that stick up about a foot to try to stop the dust coming all the way out after it hit the saw
i clamped the 6" dc hose behind the fence . it works ok , maybe 50-70 %of the dust on some cuts. if i have a 6" on both sides i might work
i will look into that atachment . there is no dc port on my saw thow (there is a tiny excuse for one )
