I'm considering purchasing the OF1400 router. First thing I want to do is drill 35mm holes for euro hinges. Can anyone advise which accessories I need to purchase besides the 35mm bit.

A lot of people seem to prefer using a drill press for hinge cup holes, it fast and easy. I don't have the space for a drill press so I use the Festool LR32 hole drilling system. You can buy the whole set in a Systainer or the basic set with only the LR 32 parts. You'll need the a rail with both sets and clamps and a bit(s) with the basic set.
Another option is one of the jigs available form Blum or other companies.
I also have the blum... but also sommerfeld has one that I think is around 160 or 180 go to his website... these work great. you can see a picture of me using mine in my article at www.thisiscarpentry.com page 118 it starts.
I too have used my LR-32 to do "some" 35mm cup hinges and it work fairly well. For a long time I just used my drill dress with a 35mm bit and a fence and that has been my best solution other than a dedicated machine.
Here is a similar version of what EcoFurniture posted. I borrowed a friend's and was very impressed. You can crank out perfect holes in no time at all (and is very heavy duty). Now, this jig is a uni-tasker... the LR-32 Sys allows you to do more things. You'll need to decide if speed or flexibility is your priority.
