here is another video I made showing the cutting of sheet goods with the ts55 and the parallel guides and dust collection .  2 cuts with the hose connected and 1 with the hose not connected.

in the beginning I have the sheet goods on a table from benchmark, which is fine for knocking down sheet goods, the mft3 is better for all other things...

enjoy and this one is with my new assistant.

nope pauls table is the best.

but the benchmark table serves it purpose also for sheet goods, have not had a chance to try it out with accessories, but I am keeping the benchmark set up in my shop to through sheets up on it and knock them down  but on the job site its paul's table all the way, and sometimes I still set up the mft depending on the project.

upscale,  I just cut and set the blade about an 1/8" deeper than ply, it cuts into the table a bit, buts is plastic so to me know big deal... and if you recall seeing some of my old mft tops you know that I am very careful

but yes you can line it up so you do not cut table very easily

hey kreg ,any chance of a video on the tables prior to putting the sheet goods on , perhaps dimensions and weight , i have to use four saw horses here in the UK and not always ideal , i have 2 mft's but sometimes not at the same jobsite, was that your same assistant working with the syslite / painting on another of your videos? , keep up the good work, green.

Kreg , I have one of the Benchmark tables too, I made up a light weight top by gluing some syro to a sheet of 1.5 styro to a sheet of 3/16 hardboard ,cut it down a little bigger than the benchmark , and drilled 4 holes for wood dowels that i put in the benchmark holes so it stays put, you can flip it over if you want a hard flat surface , or flip it for the syro for cutting,its a lot less slippery and you don't have to worry about cutting into the plastic or smaller cutoffs falling through , and better dust pick up.Still hard to beat the styro for cutting, IMHO. I found that open table great for clamping ... haven't found a use for the accessories yet ...
