I'm hoping I can get a good quality cut out of mine. The larger the blade the more the tiniest bit out of true impacts the cut.
I have the Makita version of the TS55 and it cuts absolutely perfect. I keep getting tempted to pick up a TS55 and compare cut quality (I'm sure tactile and adjustment is slightly better) but I have too much crap as it is.
Smaller and less powerful than what I need though. I got the HK85 partly because the TS75 wasn't available and partly because it was even larger and more powerful than the TS75. Plus it popped up for a (relatively) decent price.
I have a 10 1/2" worm drive saw that will chew through anything, but running it on a homemade trac isn't the same as the real thing for ease and straightness. I learned that with the Makita. So I guess even if I can't get it jointer smooth it will still be a win.

Perfectly understandable.petar73 said:Yes, I have done it before, but this time I moved the back end of the blade even more out that I thought it was necessary. My ts55 is parallel to the rail and cut very well and that is why I had hk85 just a hair more out as I was using ts 55 for reference.
I hope I make any sense, as my English is not good enough for detailed explanation.
