GhostFist Member Joined Oct 6, 2010 Messages 1,551 Apr 8, 2014 #2 I have the Henry Taylor set from Lee Valley. They're good, nice and sharp right from the factory, handles are a little bit slender though. My carving instructor recommends Hirsch however.
