Hey all I've started getting some bench dogs and I was trying to get some ideas on how other people store them. I have a sys 2 that I'm putting them in along with clamps and such. Trying to figure out if people just leave them loose or stick them in a bag or I even saw someone take some ply and drill holes in it to store them vertical.

Just looking for suggestions

I keep mine in mini systs, I don't bother with foam...don't have enough time to make storage pretty.

I have a sustainer set up for various dogs and "stuff".  I don't think that I posted one here prior.  I did use Kaizen foam.  But I am not a perfection kaizen user.  Good is Good Enough is my motto when it comes to Kaizen and storage.

I'll try and take a pic tomorrow.

I made a small shelf drilled for a bunch of 20mm holes that attached to the backside of my MFT. I have about 12 dogs and they are all within easy reach.

Took a SYS-MFT-1 and put the SYS-MFT top on a SYS-3. While cutting an MFT style top on a CNC and running test hits for hole size, I wound up re-purposing one of the rows. This holds all 5 rail type clamps, 2 Kreg hold down clamps, 3 types of dogs, 2 sets of clamping elements, a full kit of bench cookies (Not shown), and other accessories (The orange boxes are from the smallest Ridgid tool box), while being mobile, and can function to clamp my work to when I don't need a full size MFT table. Wasted space means more crap to move around, so everything needs to be as space efficient as possible, and this Systainer is packed to the brim.

I keep mine on a rack on the edge of my MFT "tool well".

I thought these Parf dogs and super dogs were so nicely made I decided
that I would make a nice wooden case
