I've made drawer faces for use with Ikea Maximers drawers. They use a hole pattern on the backs for mounting their brackets.

Should  I use the OF1010 and guide rail to bore all the 5 mm holes to 11 mm depth? Set the guide rail as the horizontal offset and then move the router along it to each position. Could setup on MFT/3.

40 drawers with 4 - 12 holes each depending on size.

You will probably find that the hole spacing is based on the 32mm system so you can use the LR32 kit if you have it.

Measurements I came up with:
5 Drawer Only has a pair of holes/side, 10 and 15 have 3 pairs/side.

Rows are 33 mm from side
Hole pairs are 19 mm apart.
Hole measurements from bottom edge to hole centre are
First Set
40 mm
59 mm

Second Set
118 mm
137 mm

Third Set
186 mm
205 mm

Bore diameter appears to be 5 mm, possibly slightly smaller.

Ikea strikes again. Looks like they have gone to their own standard - 19mm.

It sounds like your best option is to make a template for the router.

That way you only need to measure once (if you get it right). You can test it on a piece of scrap and if it is OK then you are good to go.

Ended up drilling these with blum bit & stop. Went through a lot of green tape and got good use of my laser.

Not a pro setup, but my time was free on this one and my ego couldn't handle a failure...
