CL100 Crosslinker Shelf Life?

I have some Target Coatings Crosslinker and was wondering what the shelf life is?

I tried contacting TC a few times w/o success.

For some reason they do not have a PDS/TDS for this product. Without one I have no clue what its shelf life would be.

Thanks for replying. I did some more searching and one user hear claims CL100 DOES have a shelf life and if used can cause a sandy look. Not worth the risk.
