Since becoming a massive Systainer Fan and completely converting my tool collection into Systainers I've been frustrated by my labelling system.
First i tried the Dymo labels... nah
Then i used the Festool style ones we can print out but hey were to limiting on what i wanted to do, yes they suited the Festool Tools but what about all my other stuff.... makita, Bosch, Knipex, Fein...etc
Well I got sick of them and started playing around trying to come up with a better design, I discovered that i could open the festool .pdf's in Adobe Illustrator. And in doing this also discoverd that i could modify them to how i wanted them.
Now my extremely limited knowledge of Illustrator stopped me from creating a template like Festools, but i was able to create a Template that I could keep changing a saving.
Anyways I got what i wanted and I'm happy to share here. Feel free to use the ones i have created so far for your own use, I'll upload more as i create them.
if i have this uploaded correctly they should be a .pdf and in the correct size if printed.
The first image is the style i have gone with. The Festool and Blue Line remain constant all the changes are above this.
