Cutting kaizen foam to systainers

I recently purchased two systainers (Systainer MIDI T-Loc II Anthracite) which are larger than the standard Festool ones, and some kaizen foam to put my measuring tools neatly in the box. Looking at the systainer, I noticed that it is not perfectly rectangular on the inside. So... I could certainly figure it out, but it would be so much easier if there was a drawing of the inside of the box so that I can make quick work of it.

Does anyone have drawings that can help me with this?

I print and cut it out and use spray paint to mark it on the foam.
Then use a band saw to cut it out, makes quick work of it! [wink]

Hey guys any body no where I can get the kaizen foam in Europe no one in Ireland sells this our something similar  [sad] to it here.. Our if even somebody in the good old USA that ship to Ireland

I don't think that you want Kaizen Foam shipped to you from here in the US in the full size.  The stuff weighs nothing, but the size will eat you alive.  Now if you were to find someone to cut them into rectangles for you final fittings, then it might be better.

As Peter mentioned I don't think you will find the Kaizen over here, we have the Efoam which I have no experience of,  but for the Kaizen, try Brian at BP Way in Connecticut he offers laser pre cut Kaizen foam for both Classic and T Loc systainers, in each thickness.  I bought a selection from him,  he is now offering them on EBay US, be aware shipping is a shock !!  ( to this side of the pond )

I've used ethafoam to make custom inserts . Its tough stuff but very easy to cut ,  and very cheap and comes in different thicknesses so you can build your layers up to suit
