Cutting Kaizen foam

Anyone do this well/successfully? I'm using one of those snap off utility knives, and I cut like I'm blind, it's pretty horrible. Keeping the blade without cutting a bevel into a 2" piece of foam is harder than it sounds.

Any tried and true ideas? Do jigsaws do well?

I did mine with the snap off blade utility knives (maybe because mine was a Festool one it was more accurate  [big grin].)
