Design help for an Alaskan Eskimo Ulu Case

Several years ago I picked up this cool Ulu.  I  now have two.  I am thinking this would make a great inlay cutter.  But, I would like to make a protective case for it.  This would not only prevent knicks to the knife, but, also unsuspecting people like me [eek].

Any suggestions, plans, pictures, methods?

you had me at alaskan zulu. A leather case/cover similar to those on axe heads would be cool. Other than that a box with a grooved section to receive the blade would suffice.
