disc storage

ive got quite a few sanding disks of various types .whats your thoughts on storage .i quite like them in there boxs but was thinking a couple of systainers would be neater  also i have polishing stuff for the ro90 .anyone using the festool inserts for the disks

This is how I store abrasives for my RO 90.

I use the Festool 90 storage Systainer part number 497687 for the Ro90. The main advantage is that the holders will take the delta and the round pads.



Certainly enough room.

Like the look of the birch ply insert , it will give me an excuse to tinker about down the shed I have ro125 '. as well is that a SYS3
I suppose a SYS 1 would work for ro90 and SYS 3 for ro125

The Sys3 works well for my RO 125.

Sparktrician- did you ever post the dimensions/build schematic for the RO90 paper storage? I looked at the thread you linked to, but did not see an answer to the requests for dimensions.

The dimensions are so varied that there are only two sets (2 pieces each) of identical pieces in the eggcrate.  I used cardboard pieces to template the design, then cut from those patterns.  I didn't take the time to draw out each piece with dimensions.  Sorry.
