Domino before or after rebate and moulding ?

Hi I have just started using the Domino XL and am making some doors, i would usually use mortice and tennon but this would appear to be a fair bit quicker for one offs.
Do other people domino before of after rebating and moulding ? I was thinking before but then if i wanted to go full depth i would have to cut the domino down by the depth of the rebate.
Just wondered what more experienced domino users do ?

Matt,

I would cut the mortises first because adding profiles diminishes the registration area.  Might as well make it easier on yourself and cut the mortises first.
